• I only accept PayPal payments, in which you must ensure that the money sent must be in £ (GBP) and must be sent via F&F (Friends and Family).• If you no longer want a slot, please let me know so I am able to free that slot for another person to purchase from.• Ghosters will not be able to purchase from me again.• My turnaround time is usually between a day and a week depending on my workload/Health. If it takes longer, please do chase me up with a message.• Please do not rush me, you may ask for WIP pictures (as I don’t naturally send them unless it’s a reference sheet). Rush fees are 20% of the total cost of your commission.• I have every right to refuse service, and I will issue refunds accordingly (75% for sketch, 50% for lineart, 25% for flatcolour, 0% for completed).• Complicated designs/characters will have an added 20% charge.
